Economic Inequity and Health Training

Prescription for Inequity:

Strategies for Addressing Economic Inequity and Improving Health

Health outcomes in the United States are worse than most other developed nations, despite the soaring amount of money we spend on healthcare. One root cause? Our nation’s growing economic inequity.

Washington Physicians for Social Responsibility is working to change that, and we invite you to join us! We are hosting an advocacy workshop where attendees can learn more about how inequity affects health, as well as strategies for reducing inequity and mitigating its negative consequences. Participants will learn about causes and consequences, as well as gain tools for effective advocacy to address these issues locally.

Space is limited! RSVP HERE
